By booking a session with Minelle Mir Etiquette, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

Booking a session through this website or via the Calendly link constitutes full agreement to the policies outlined below.

• All bookings are final and non-transferable.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

• Prices for all services are visible on Calendly and are subject to change without any prior notice.

2. Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to book or attend any etiquette session, consultation, or course through Minelle Mir Etiquette.

3. Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule their session once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

4. Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and with respectful conduct.

• Inappropriate behaviour, including disrespectful or disruptive conduct, may result in termination of the session without refund.

5. Right to Refuse or Reschedule

• Minelle Mir Etiquette reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• Services may be refused at the consultant’s discretion, particularly in cases of misconduct or noncompliance with policy.

6. Privacy

• All client information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared, sold, or used for promotional purposes without explicit consent.

• Payments are securely processed through third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Calendly).

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All materials shared during a session, including verbal instruction, written resources, digital content, printed handouts, presentation slides, worksheets, or examples, are the intellectual property of Minelle Mir Etiquette and are protected by copyright.

• Clients may not record, reproduce, replicate, photocopy, scan, share, publish, sell, or distribute any portion of the session content or supporting materials in any format, physical or digital, without prior written consent.

This includes, but is not limited to, reposting teaching methods, sharing documents, using the content to teach others, or repackaging the information as part of another service or course.

8. Course Modifications

Minelle Mir Etiquette reserves the right to update or modify course details at any time. This includes changes to course content, dates, times, structure, and pricing. All offerings are subject to change based on availability, scheduling, or the discretion of Minelle Mir.

9. Observers & Session Participation (In-Person Lessons)

• Minelle Mir Etiquette sessions are intended for registered participants only.

• Observing a session without booking as a participant is not permitted.

• If a parent, guardian, or other adult wishes to attend an in-person session (including those involving children), they must book and pay for the session accordingly.

Please note: Etiquette instruction is tailored and individualized; additional attendees alter the instructional dynamic and must be accounted for in both pricing and planning.

10. Instruction for Minors (Group Sessions Only)

• Minelle Mir Etiquette does not currently offer one-on-one etiquette instruction for minors.

• All sessions for participants under the age of 18 must take place in group settings and with the presence of a registered parent or guardian.

• If a parent or guardian wishes to observe or participate, they must be formally registered as a paying participant. Observers will not be permitted to attend for free, as the session content is tailored and interactive.

This policy ensures the highest standard of instructional quality, focus, and safety for all participants.

11. Allergies

• Clients are responsible for informing Minelle Mir Etiquette of any known allergies or sensitivities, including but not limited to food, fragrance, or materials used during sessions or events, at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled in-person session, workshop, or event.

• Minelle Mir Etiquette will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such disclosures with care and attentiveness.

However, by booking a session, clients acknowledge and accept the following:

– Minelle Mir Etiquette cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, health-related incidents, or medical complications that arise due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities, or from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

– Clients accept full responsibility for clearly communicating health-related concerns in advance.

12. Disclaimer of Results

Minelle Mir Etiquette does not guarantee specific results from coaching, instruction, or participation in any session or event.

Progress and outcomes depend on the individual’s own effort, practice, and commitment.

13. Force Majeure

Minelle Mir Etiquette shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, illness, acts of government, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. Photography & Media Consent

Minelle Mir Etiquette may occasionally take photographs or short video clips during sessions or events for promotional, educational, or archival purposes, such as inclusion on the official website, printed materials, or future social media platforms.

Clients will always be informed in advance if media is being captured. Participation is entirely optional. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know before or during your session.

Should you later wish for an image or video to be removed, we will do our best to accommodate your request promptly.

Minelle Mir Etiquette does not photograph or record minors under any circumstances.

15. Photography, Videography & Social Media

To preserve the integrity of our sessions and protect the privacy of all participants:

Students are not permitted to record lessons, in full or in part, without express permission. This includes audio, video, or screen recordings in any format.

Photographs or video recordings of the instructor during a session are not permitted without prior written consent.

If you wish to take photographs of the venue or during group activities, you must first obtain verbal consent from all individuals appearing in the image, including fellow participants and staff.

Any content featuring other individuals must not be shared publicly or on social media unless explicit permission has been granted by those individuals.

We kindly ask that all mobile devices be put away for the duration of the session to ensure full presence and focus.

Respect for others’ privacy is not just courteous, it is required.

16. Unenforceable Provisions

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Indemnity

By engaging with Minelle Mir Etiquette, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minelle Mir from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

18. Breaches of Terms

If you violate these Terms & Conditions in any way, Minelle Mir Etiquette reserves the right to take appropriate legal or administrative action. This may include limiting or blocking your access to the website, and/or pursuing legal remedies as necessary.

19. Changes to Terms

Minelle Mir Etiquette reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website and/or booking of services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed.

20. Copyright Notice & Confidentiality Statement

All content on this website, including written text, service descriptions, and educational material, is the intellectual property of Minelle Mir Etiquette and is protected under international copyright law.

This site is intended solely for individual clients and prospective clientele. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or adaptation of content, including but not limited to text, phrasing, structure, or instructional design, is strictly prohibited.

By visiting this site, you agree not to copy, repurpose, or share any part of its contents without prior written consent. Violators may be subject to legal recourse.
